Summary: The Tibetan Plateau (“The Third Pole”) is the highest and largest alpine plateau on Earth, where the effect of climate warming is expressed more strongly than the global average. In this seminar, I’ll present some of our recent research on tracking the environmental changes on the Tibetan Plateau triggered by the increasing anthropogenic pressure and climate warming.
